GULA وCramology تطبيقان للدراسة الطبية للطلاب. هاي الصفحة تشرح شنو المعلومات نجمعها، ليش، وشلون نحميها.

شنو نجمع

• البريد الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور — عند إنشاء حساب، عشان تسجّل الدخول وتحفظ تقدمك.
• بيانات الحساب الاختيارية — مثل الاسم ورقم الهاتف وصورة الحساب إذا اخترت تضيفها.
• تقدمك الدراسي — الديكات اللي درستها، إجاباتك على الأسئلة، ونسبة إنجازك — عشان يتزامن بين أجهزتك.
• المحتوى اللي تنشئه — مثل الملاحظات، التظليل، المنشورات، التعليقات، رسائل مجموعات الدراسة، والصور أو التسجيلات الصوتية اللي تختار ترفعها.
• أحداث استخدام محدودة — مثل بدء/إكمال التشخيص والخطة ومصدر الرابط. ما نخزن نص السؤال، الملاحظات، البريد، الهاتف، أو أي نص حر داخل أحداث القياس، وتنحذف الأحداث بعد ١٣ شهر.
• بلاغات المحتوى — معرّف السؤال أو المحاضرة ونوع المشكلة، بدون نص حر أو اسم المبلّغ.
• أكواد التفعيل — إذا فعّلت بكود، نسجّل أي كود انستخدم وشنو فتح، عشان نگدر نرجّع وصولك على جهاز جديد.

التطبيق ما ياخذ أي دفع، وما يجمع بيانات دفع أو بطاقة أبداً.

ما نجمع موقعك ولا جهات الاتصال. الكاميرا ومعرض الصور ينستخدمون بس إذا أنت بنفسك ترفق صورة بملاحظة محاضرة أو تغيّر صورة حسابك؛ ما ننصور شي بالخلفية.

شلون نستخدمها

لتشغيل الحساب وحفظ التقدم، قياس نجاح التشخيص والخطة، إصلاح أخطاء المحتوى، وفتح الوصول لمّا تدخل كود التفعيل. ما نبيع بياناتك ولا نستخدم شبكة إعلانات أو بصمة إعلانية.

مين يوصل لبياناتك

Supabase يخزن الحساب والتقدم والمحتوى الاجتماعي والبلاغات والاستحقاقات. Cloudflare يستضيف التطبيق وبوت تيليغرام. إذا استخدمت Tutor، ينرسل النص المحدد وسؤالك إلى مزوّد النموذج لتوليد الجواب. ما أكو أي معالج دفع يستلم بياناتك، لأن التطبيق ما يعالج دفعات.

حذف حسابك

تگدر تحذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق: الحساب والإعدادات ← حذف حسابي نهائياً. السجلات القديمة للمشتريات السابقة التي يلزم الاحتفاظ بها قانونياً أو محاسبياً قد تبقى بالحد الضروري، وما تستخدم للتسويق.

Privacy Policy — GULA & Cramology

GULA and Cramology are medical study apps for students. This page explains what information we collect, why, and how we protect it.

What we collect

• Email address and password — when you create an account, to sign you in and save your progress.
• Optional account details — such as your name, phone number, and profile photo if you choose to provide them.
• Your study progress — which decks you've studied, your question answers, and completion percentage — so it syncs across your devices.
• Content you create — such as notes, highlights, posts, comments, study-group messages, and any images or audio recordings you choose to upload.
• Bounded product events — such as diagnostic/plan starts and completions and attributed link source. Event properties cannot contain question text, notes, email, phone, or free text, and events are purged after 13 months.
• Content reports — a question or lecture identifier and issue category, without reporter identity or free text.
• Activation codes — if you redeem a code, we record which code was used and what it unlocked, so your access can be restored on a new device.

The app does not take payments and does not collect payment or card data of any kind.

We do not collect your location or your contacts. The camera and photo library are used only if you attach an image to a lecture note or set your profile photo yourself; nothing is captured in the background.

How we use it

To run your account, sync study progress, measure whether the diagnostic and daily plan work, repair medical-content errors, and unlock access when you redeem an activation code. We do not sell data, run advertising trackers, or create advertising profiles.

Who can access your data

Supabase stores account, progress, social content, reports, and entitlement data. Cloudflare hosts the app and Telegram bot. If you use Tutor, the selected passage and your question are sent to the model provider to produce the answer. No payment processor receives your data, because the app does not process payments.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account in the app under Account & settings → Delete my account. Historical records from earlier purchases that must be retained for legal or accounting purposes may remain only for that purpose and are not used for marketing.
