حذف حسابك — GULA

تگدر تحذف حساب GULA مالتك وكل بياناتك بأي وقت. هذي الصفحة تشرح الطريقتين وشنو ينحذف بالضبط.

الطريقة الأولى — من داخل التطبيق

1. افتح تطبيق GULA وسجّل الدخول.
2. روح إلى الحساب والإعدادات.
3. انزل لقسم إدارة الحساب.
4. اضغط حذف حسابي نهائياً وأكّد.

الحذف يصير فوراً وما تگدر تسترجعه.

الطريقة الثانية — بالبريد الإلكتروني

إذا ما تگدر توصل لحسابك، أرسل طلب حذف من نفس البريد المسجّل بحسابك إلى [email protected] وعنوان الرسالة «حذف حساب». نعالج الطلب خلال 30 يوم ونرد عليك بالتأكيد.

شنو ينحذف

• حسابك وبريدك الإلكتروني وبيانات تسجيل الدخول.
• اسم العرض والصورة الشخصية.
• كل تقدمك الدراسي: الديكات، إجابات بنك الأسئلة، البطاقات، ونسب الإنجاز.
• سلسلة الأيام (streak) ومركزك بلوحة المتصدرين.
• ربط تيليغرام إذا كان موجود.
• ملف شريك الدراسة إذا أنشأته.
• أحداث الاستخدام المرتبطة بحسابك.

شنو يبقى ولّيش

• سجلات الدفع والاسترجاع — تبقى بالحد اللي يفرضه القانون والمحاسبة فقط، وما تُستخدم للتسويق ولا للإعلانات.
• بلاغات المحتوى — تبقى بدون هوية المُبلّغ، لأنها أصلاً تُسجَّل بدون اسمك.

ما نحتفظ بأي شي ثاني بعد الحذف.

Delete Your Account — GULA

You can delete your GULA account and all of your data at any time. This page explains both routes and exactly what is removed.

Option 1 — inside the app

1. Open the GULA app and sign in.
2. Go to Account & settings.
3. Scroll to the Account management section.
4. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Option 2 — by email

If you cannot access your account, send a deletion request from the email address registered to it to [email protected] with the subject "Delete account". We process requests within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your account, email address, and sign-in credentials.
• Display name and profile picture.
• All study progress: decks, QBank answers, flashcards, and completion percentages.
• Study streak and leaderboard standing.
• Telegram account link, if you created one.
• Your study-partner profile, if you created one.
• Usage events associated with your account.

What is retained, and why

• Payment and refund records — kept only to the extent required by law and accounting rules. They are never used for marketing or advertising.
• Content reports — retained without reporter identity, because they are recorded without your name in the first place.

Nothing else is kept after deletion.
