Delete your account

You may permanently delete your Cramology account and associated data at any time.

Delete inside the app

1. Open Cramology and sign in.
2. Open More, then your account and settings.
3. Under account management, choose Delete my account.
4. Read the warning and confirm permanent deletion.

If you cannot access the app

Email [email protected] from the address registered to your account with the subject “Delete Cramology account.” We will verify the request and process it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account, credentials, and optional profile details.
• Study progress, QBank history, bookmarks, highlights, annotations, drafts, and synced preferences.
• Your social posts, comments, follows, study-group participation, and uploaded note media, subject to necessary abuse-prevention records.
• Device links, notification registrations, activation association, and account-linked product events.

What may be retained

Minimal records may be retained only when required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. De-identified content reports may remain because they do not identify the reporter.
